NorthPoint Domain's specialized Medical Advisory Boards ensure the active and significant involvement of physician thought leaders in the company's development. Each domain is developed and maintained with a Medical Advisory Board of eight to twelve physicians. The function of the Company's medical advisory board is to provide information and recommendations to the Company's board of directors, Executive and Operating Committee members on matters relating to the development and advancement of the company's core products and business mission; to give informal assistance to the company's managers about strategic market positioning and direction, products, operations, and any other matter deemed appropriate by the Executive Officers of the Company; and in general to promote better communication with the Company's medical advisory boards and current and prospective medical practices.
