Cerniglia, MD, FAAP to its Urology Domain Medical Advisory Board. Urology Domain, one of three divisions of NorthPoint Domain, offers a physician-directed Internet solution designed to meet the specific and evolving needs of urologists, their medical practices, and their patients. Dr. Cerniglia joins seven other internationally recognized urology specialists on this panel, which oversees and approves all medical content, recommendations, and reviews for Urology Domain.

In addition to his work with NorthPoint Domain Inc., Dr. Cerniglia serves as Director of Pediatric Urology at the Urologic Institute of New Orleans and Chairman of the Surgery Departments at Children's Hospital and at Meadowcrest Hospital in Gretna, Louisiana. His academic positions include Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology, as well as the Director of Pediatric Urology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans and Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He serves on many committees affiliated with Children's Hospital that improve the services available to children and their families. Dr. Cerniglia received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine, New Orleans in 1982. He remained at Louisiana State University to complete his surgical internship and residency, as well as his urology residencies at the medical center there. In June 1988 he completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Baylor College of Medicine.
